... was siiiiick. Bamp Projects promoted a sold out show at Pipeline Cafe. We were the only opening band, and the place was PACKED when we got on stage! I was pretty nervous but nothing a shot of Jager couldn't take away. We started off with Right Love Wrong Time complete with the tick tockage, then into Charismatic, Here I Go, Ultimate Insult, Come Over Love, and Big Deal. HH with some Birthday Sex and then it was Peppers turn to killll it. The night was so awesome, I couldn't have asked for anything better. So stoked and honored to have shared the stage with one of my favorite bands.
Earlier yesterday i played solo acoustic at the center stage at Ala Moana Shopping Center... one of the more random gigs I've ever done, but it was cool! Lots of people all around.
And earlier that day I flew back from Maui where Friday night we jammed at the Throwdowns CD release party. That was a killer show, and its always so great to see and hang out with my friends. I miss home often, but I spent a lot of quality time with the people I love most, including my dad who was my date slash body guard slash party accessory slash hangover breakfast cook slash bff. Great weekend.
Currently recovering with a bagel, coffee, biiiiig thing of water, some advil, and a plan to keep myself busy, happy & healthy for the next 2 weeks till its off to JAPAN....... CAN'T WAITTTT.
